I have had nothing but good experiences with this location. They are always courteous on time and friendly. Needless to say I have not been inside as they are able to deliver to me within 7 minutes. If I need a quick bite and am too lazy to go cook this is my go to. However just one caveat do not order extra oil and vinegar. I thought that was good idea and got it on my Gargantuan last night. The wrapper was covered in oil and it was really messy. Do ask for the yummy Dijon mustard and sprouts :) mmmm

Delicious gourmet sandwich made fast! Fresh ingredients & toppings! My boys said it was the best meal that had all weekend and we just got back from Chicago where reservations had to be requested over a week ago. I just finished the Chicago marathon & we were making our way back home to Toronto with a sleep stop in Ann Arbour. My stomach was weak from the run so I did not have a recovery meal until almost 9 hrs later. We were super satisfied with JJ Garganguan & Hunters Club Sandwich. My husband wants to go back tomorrow.

Typical jimmy-johns. Not the friendliest staff, but it's hard to mess up a sandwich. I live close and the delivery is ridiculously fast. It makes for good late night drunk food.

Just ordered from them recently. They were very nice over the phone, and I felt the delivery was very prompt. They are close to my house and I have eaten in as well and enjoy the service. I love getting the veggie unwhich, great low calorie/low carb option!

I LOVE JIMMY JOHNS. I just moved back to Michigan from California and quite honestly, having JJ's around was one of the things I was most excited about. Now, this is not the JJ's I frequent most, but I'll tell you, I won't be visiting this location again. First reason being it was COMPLETELY ridiculous trying to get into the parking lot because of the insane traffic, but secondly and more importantly as soon as I walked in the door the staff was rude from the get go. Two people trying to take my order at the same time, laughing and carrying on, making it very awkward and uncomfortable. I'm not going to go on about these people but I will say customer service is about being friendly and making people feel welcome and they failed. Luckily for Jimmy, I will still be going to the other franchises often ;)
